Fireworks usage in Harpers Ferry

The sale of fireworks are permitted as under the state law.

Consumer fireworks are allowed on July 1 through July 8 between the hours of noon and 10:00 pm except on July 4 and the Saturday and Sunday immediately preceding and following July 4 between the hours of noon and 11:00 pm.
